It’s no surprise that searches for terms like ‘spa’ and ‘body care’ are off the charts here. Floridians take skincare seriously, with a big focus on treatments that enhance skin health and appearance.

I’ve spent way too much time online, reading message boards about why Georgian women and men are beautiful. The beauty in Georgia is incredibly diverse, but many have that signature brunette hair, fair skin, and striking dark eyebrows.
In Georgia, beauty standards often celebrate traditional European features. Long hair, oval faces with small straight noses, rosy cheeks, and fair complexions are seen as the Western European epitome of elegance and symmetry.
New York: Clean Model Look, High Fashion
It’s no joke—beauty standards in New York City are sky-high, and you’ve got to accept that someone will always have better clothes or look more polished than you.
As a global fashion hub, NYC sets the tone for beauty trends everywhere. You’ve probably seen those TikToks showing a “New York 10”—tall, skinny, high cheekbones, with a sleek, clean look. Think slicked-back hair, dark chic outfits, refined stilettos or boots, and a stylish coat. Effortlessly high-fashion, but never too flashy.

In Nevada, people are more accustomed to natural beauty—unless you’re in Vegas, where a little extra glam is totally accepted! Everyday outfits are all about comfort—jeans and tees, tank tops, and shorts for those scorching summer days (the lighter the fabric, the better).
And, with a big cowboy population, you’ll see plenty of boots, belts, and button-up shirts around, blending that laid-back style with a touch of rugged charm.

A D.C. resident commented that nobody cares about beauty or fashion—it’s more focused on careers and degrees. Style isn’t the priority.
