This Pacific Northwest coastline stretches over 300 miles, so there’s plenty to explore, from Astoria (where The Goonies movie was filmed) to Seaside to Tillamook Bay.

It’s a wonderful weekend getaway for Wisconsinites, as it takes less than an hour to get here from Green Bay or about 1 1/2 hours from Appleton. Plus, it’s just under a 4-hour drive from Chicago. There is no shortage of fabulous things to do in Door County, Wisconsin.
